Cancellation & Rescheduling We kindly ask for 12–24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than this notice may be subject to a fee. Late Cancellations Cancellations within 12 hours of the appointment may incur a fee of 35% of the scheduled service. Same-day cancellations may be charged 50% of the service cost. No-Shows No-show appointments will be charged 100% of the service price. Repeated no-shows will not be able to book again Late Arrivals Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may need to reschedule and could be charged a cancellation fee, depending on the service. Deposits A non-refundable deposit (e.g., $25–$100) will required for appointments. Deposits are applied to the service total and forfeited for late cancellations or no-shows. Emergency Exceptions We understand emergencies happen. Fees may be waived at our discretion for genuine emergencies.
